From March 7th- March 16th – $75 cancelation fee
After March 16th – No refunds
On top of our cancellation policy, we also offer a third party illness protection insurance plan (similar to flight insurance) called purchase protection. Purchase protection is available to purchase through our registration system for a small fee and provides a full refund if the participant is not able to attend due to illness.
FLIGHT INFORMATION: Please arrive at O’Hare International Airport (ORD) before 1:00 p.m. CT on Friday, April 4, and depart at 3:00 p.m. or later on Sunday, April 6. Transportation from O’Hare to/from the convention will be provided. Please be advised that the shuttle leaves O’Hare at 1:30 pm on Friday.
If you are in need of scholarship assistance to help cover the cost of a flight, please put that information into the scholarship request form. Please note that all flight reimbursements will be handled like traditional scholarships and only given out based on attendance at the convention. Please make sure that you have your flight secured no later than 30 days prior to the event. LOCAL DROP OFF/PICK UP: For anyone being dropped off and picked up at the Hotel in Northbrook please drop off between 2:30 and 3:00PM on Friday and pick up at 12:00pm on Sunday.

Scholarships for the event are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we strongly encourage you to apply as early as possible. To be considered, all scholarship requests must be submitted at least three weeks before the convention. Applications submitted after this deadline, including those during the regular pricing period, will be reviewed, but funds may be limited.Before submitting your scholarship request, please contact your synagogue, rabbi, or youth professional to explore additional assistance options.
