We’re excited to see you at the upcoming Southeast/Florida Convention! To make the experience even more flexible, we’ve created a few different options for you to choose from. Please review the details below before registering:

☀️All-Inclusive Package: Convention + Islands of Adventure at Universal Studios + Transportation
☀️Convention-Only: 
Includes Convention + Transportation from the Airport  
☀️Yom Islands of Adventure Only: Just Islands of Adventure at Universal Studios, with no convention. Please note: no transportation is provided for this option.

Convention + Islands of Adventure at Universal Studios

$464 thru December 5. 

$499 December 6 – January 2.

Real cost of the convention $536

  • Cost should not be an obstacle. Generous scholarships are available to all on top of the discounted price and travel subsidy.

Price includes all lodging, meals, activities, staff, bus shuttle service from the airport, and more.

Full cancellation before December 15.

$75 cancellation fee between December 16 – January 2.

No refunds after January 2, 2025.

On top of our cancellation policy, we also offer a third party illness protection insurance plan (similar to flight insurance) called purchase protection.  Purchase protection is available to purchase through our registration system for a small fee and provides a full refund if the participant is not able to attend due to illness.

Convention + No Islands of Adventure at Universal Studios (or if you have a season pass)

$365 thru December 5. 

$399 December 6 – January 2.

Yom Islands of Adventure- Islands of Adventure at Universal Studios Only (No Convention)

$109 thru December 5. 

$119 December 6 – January 2.

$10 Islands of Adventure at Universal Studios Season Pass Holder August 12- January 2.

Cancellation for only Islands of Adventure:

Full refund until December 19

$25 refund December 20- January 2.

For anyone flying into Orlando for the Southeast Winter Convention 2025. Please make sure that you arrive before 11:30am on Friday January 17th and depart after 12:00pm or after 7:30pm (if staying for Yom Islands of Adventure) on Sunday, January 19th. You should fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO) in those time frames and we will provide transportation from the airport to camp and back.

For anyone being dropped off and picked up at Camp Geneva in Fruitland Park, FL please drop off between 1pm and 1:30pm on Friday and pick up at 9am on Sunday unless you are staying for Yom Islands of Adventure.

All Jewish teens in 6th – 12th grade are welcome to attend.

If you need scholarship assistance to help cover the cost of a flight, please put that information into the scholarship request form. Please note that all flight reimbursements will be handled like traditional scholarships and only given out based on attendance at the convention. Please make sure that you have your flight secured 1 month before the event.
