I’ve been with ADP for almost 10 years (right out of college) and have worked in various roles and departments- all dealing with helping companies better manage everything related to their employees- hiring, timekeeping, payroll, company culture, benefits, etc. Right now, I lead a team of consultants that help support local organizations with 50-1000 employees. Last year, we finished #1 in the country as a team, which I’m very proud of! I’ve also been lucky enough to get to meet with our CEO a few times for coffee and build a relationship with him.
Being involved in USY leadership helped shape the business professional I am today. Dealing with all types of people from various walks of life, needing to be creative at problem-solving, and always looking for ways to help the bigger picture. That’s what I do now in my professional work, but I attribute a lot of what I learned to my time in USY.
