Kadima (Forward in Hebrew), USY’s program for pre-teens grades 5-8 (varies by region), gives you a chance to:

  • Make new friends
  • Take part in fun programming
  • And experience the joy of Judaism

Through local, regional, and international programming, Kadima offers different types of experiences including:

  • Bowling, games, craft nights, and more
  • Jewish holiday celebrations
  • Community service 
  • Weekend Shabbatons
  • Encampments (An end-of-summer sleepaway camp experience)
  • Summer travel opportunities (see below)
